We request that our grantees submit a grant report at the end of the grant cycle. Please review the following reporting guidelines, and submit the material as requested.
Typically, the Foundation requests grant reports at the end of the grant period. Please see your grant award letter for additional information about what to include and when to submit your report.
If you are a current grantee, please note that we expect to receive a report before or at the time of your proposal submission – regardless of your final report deadline.
